The Sustainability Report and Sustainability Rankings

In terms of monitoring and reporting our actions, the University of Pisa publishes a Sustainability Report every two years and takes part in major international rankings such as QS Sustainability and THE Impact Rankings. These are essential tools for measuring and demonstrating the effectiveness of our efforts and for comparing our global impact.

The University Committee for Sustainable Development

To turn these and other goals into concrete actions, the University of Pisa established the University Committee for Sustainable Development (CoSA) in 2020 — a group of dedicated faculty members, students, and technical-administrative staff committed to promoting sustainability. Through their efforts and innovative proposals, CoSA works in key areas to implement sustainability strategies and generate a positive impact on the entire academic community.
