The University of Pisa actively promotes participation in European Research Council (ERC) calls by offering personalized support throughout the application process for all three funding schemes: Starting, Consolidator, and Advanced Grants.
For each scheme, the University annually launches dedicated internal calls aimed at identifying the most promising project ideas and assisting applicants in developing them into competitive ERC proposals.

Starting@UNIPI targets early-career researchers (2–7 years after PhD) who intend to apply for the ERC Starting Grant.
