Starting from the academic year 2017/2018, the Master’s Degree Course in Exploration and Applied Geophysics at the University of Pisa has established an international Double Degree Programme with Montanuniversität Leoben. This programme allows selected students to obtain both the Master’s Degree in Exploration and Applied Geophysics from the University of Pisa and the International Master’s Degree of Science in Applied and Exploration Geophysics from Montanuniversität Leoben.
To obtain the double degree, students enrolled in the Master’s Degree Course in Exploration and Applied Geophysics at the University of Pisa must spend one semester at Montanuniversität Leoben — preferably the first semester of the second year — completing 24 CFUs (ECTS equivalent) in courses related to Applied Geophysics offered by Montanuniversität Leoben.
