Innovation lunches

The Innovation Lunches are a format of informal and convivial meetings dedicated to reflecting on the value of knowledge and the social impact of research.

They provide opportunities for dialogue and discussion among the University’s lecturers and researchers, designed to encourage active participation in the University’s strategic transformation pathway, in line with its Vision to guide and support the country’s cultural, social and economic growth.

The topics addressed vary from one event to another and focus on current issues such as artificial intelligence and ethics, the public value of the humanities, cultural innovation, technology transfer and, more broadly, the role of the University in generating social impact.

The convivial setting makes discussion of these topics more natural and strengthens the creation of an innovative ecosystem.

The lunches take place every two months in significant venues across the University and include introductory remarks by invited speakers, followed by an open discussion. The aim is to stimulate participation and generate ideas, collaborations and new initiatives related to the valorisation of knowledge.
