Award of Grants for Short-Term International Mobility within the Circle U. Alliance ~ UNIPI

A call for applications has been published for the award of grants to students and PhD candidates for short-term international mobility activities carried out within the Circle U. Alliance.

This call provides an additional opportunity alongside the Erasmus+ KA131 Call, whose deadlines are not compatible with the periods in which the Circle U. Alliance organises short-term international mobility activities.

To be eligible for the grant, applicants must:

have been selected by one of the universities belonging to the Alliance organising the initiative to take part in one of the activities listed in Article 2. Specifically, in the ranking provided by the organising university, applicants must:
- be among the top three selected candidates for Summer or Winter Schools, Blended Intensive Programmes or other activities meeting the same requirements;
- be the first selected candidates for activities or initiatives not covered by the previous point.
  Note: if the organising university does not issue a ranking list, the activity will not be considered eligible for the purposes of this call.
be enrolled as students at the University of Pisa;
be up to date with the payment of university tuition fees.

For activities that fall within the parameters of Erasmus+ mobility, applicants must not have already used the maximum number of mobility months allowed under the Programme.

With reference to the Erasmus+ 2023 Call, mobility activities must be completed by 31 July 2025; for the Erasmus+ 2024 Call, by 31 July 2026; and for the Erasmus+ 2025 Call, by 31 July 2027.

Please note that grants will be awarded on a rolling basis, until the available funds have been fully allocated.
