The Student Offices in Cecina, Livorno, Lucca, Massa and Pontedera provide the following services:
- General information on the University’s administrative and educational services.
- Personalised support, including updates to personal data, changes to reimbursement methods, and verification of academic records.
- Guidance on the payment of tuition fees.
- In some locations: issue of forms, certificates, degree documents, original records deposited and their copies.
- Assistance with administrative procedures: staff provide guidance for completing forms and verify that the submitted applications and documents, including those submitted online, comply with University regulations. Once applications have been received, the offices carry out the necessary administrative steps and, in urgent cases, forward them to the University Student Office.
Please note: all the above services are provided free of charge to students.

By train – From Cecina railway station, cross Piazza Gramsci and walk 500 m to Piazza Guerrazzi. Continue along Corso Matteotti, turn right onto Via Marrucci, and proceed to Via della Ferriera. Continue to the car park area, where the office is located on the ground floor of the “Torre dell’Orologio” building.
By car – Exit at Cecina Centro, continue along Via Curtatone, then turn right onto Via dei Montanini until you reach the “Torre dell’Orologio” building (CPTM).
