Renewal of enrolment ~ UNIPI

You can renew your enrolment for the academic year 2025/2026 from 24 July to 30 September 2025.

It is still possible to renew your enrolment after the deadline by paying a late fee:

EUR 50 from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025
EUR 100 from 1 November 2025 to 1 December 2025
EUR 150 from 2 December 2025 onwards

If you intend to graduate by 2 March 2026 (academic year 2024/2025), you do not need to renew your enrolment for 2025/2026.

How to renew your enrolment:

Submit an application for student benefits to the Azienda Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio (DSU) in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the relevant call. Alternatively, provide other documentation proving exemption, even temporary, from tuition fees. Submitting a scholarship application does not require an initial payment.
Pay the first instalment of tuition fees (see details on payment methods).

If you apply for DSU benefits, your enrolment must be renewed within the deadlines set out in the relevant call.

We recommend that you also apply for a tuition fee reduction via the Alice portal by 31 October 2025. This ensures that, even if you are not awarded DSU benefits, your request for a fee reduction will still be considered.

If you are not deemed eligible for the scholarship rankings, you must pay the first instalment by 2 March 2026.
