Invest your talent in Italy scholarships

The Invest Your Talent in Italy programme is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), in collaboration with ICE – the Italian Trade Agency and Uni–Italia. The initiative aims to foster the internationalisation of the Italian higher education system and strengthen cooperation between universities and industry.

For the academic year 2026/2027, the University of Pisa offers the following programmes within the Invest Your Talent in Italy scheme:

Application procedure and required documents

Applicants must submit two separate applications for the:

  1. admission to the chosen Unipi degree programme included in the initiative
  2. IYT scholarship through the online platform

The scholarship application requires entering personal data and uploading the following documents:

Documents must be in English, French or Spanish. Documents issued in other languages must be accompanied by an official translation.

Ranking list

During summer 2026, the IYT Technical Committee will inform successful candidates of the selection results via email, using the address provided during registration.

Duration and renewal of the scholarship

Beneficiaries of the IYT scholarship for the academic year 2025/2026 (10th edition) may apply for renewal through the online platform and upload the following documents by 20 July 2026:

Incompatibility

The IYT scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship or financial support granted by the Italian Government or any public institution (e.g. Erasmus+), including regional grants for the right to study (DSU scholarships).
