The postgraduate degree course in Sviluppo delle risorse umane trains professionals in human resources management and consultants in employee training and selection.
The programme equips students with the skills needed to take on leadership roles in integrated and dynamic human resources management.
It offers a theoretical and practical programme that combines lectures, seminars and presentations by industry professionals. It adopts an interdisciplinary approach that integrates political, economic-business, sociological, and legal insights, fostering both technical expertise and cultural awareness.
In addition to subjects such as labour law, human resources economics and business organisation and human resources management, the training programme includes in-depth study of topics such as labour psychology, sociology of work and organisation and new media and human resources management.
