The Postgraduate Degree Course provides specialist training in the digital transformation of public administration, equipping participants with the technical, organisational and legal skills required to deliver digital administrative services. 

The course explores the processes, tools, techniques and responsibilities associated with the digitalisation of public administration, preparing participants to work with digital platforms, digital administrative procedures and algorithmic systems. 

Its aim is to train professionals capable of supporting the technological innovation of public administrations and contributing to the development of efficient, accessible digital services that comply with the relevant legal and regulatory framework. 

DIGI-T PA adopts a multidisciplinary approach, providing comprehensive and integrated training in emerging models of digital public administration. It equips public administration employees, professionals, third-sector organisations and citizens with the knowledge and skills required to make effective use of digital citizenship services. The Postgraduate Degree Course is delivered entirely online.

Teaching is delivered by academics and professionals with specialist expertise in information technology and law, enabling participants to acquire advanced knowledge of the digitalisation of public administration and the correct use of digital tools in accordance with current legislation. 

Fees

Regular students:

2700 € payable in 4 instalments

  • 1080 € no later than 10 January 2027
  • 540 € no later than 15 February 2027
  • 540 € no later than 15 April 2027
  • 540 € no later than 15 June 2027

Auditing students:

1300 € in a single installment

Registration fee reductions are available for 3 students as specified in the call for applications.
