Call for application for part-time collaborations at the International Promotion Unit

Published by Rector’s Decree No. 891 (July 1, 2026) , the call for applications for no. 5 part-time collaborations for non-EU students and native speakers in one of the following languages:

The collaboration has a duration of 200 hours and involves carrying out international communication and promotion activities in the mother tongue, as well as assistance and support activities for international students within the projects managed by the International Promotion Unit.

It is mandatory to have at least a B2 level in English to be eligible for the selection.
Deadline for application 9th  August 2026.

To be eligible for the selection process, applicants must:
• be non-EU students;
• be native speakers of one of the required working languages;
• have an English language proficiency of at least B2 level.


To take part in the selection process, you must submit your application by 11:59 p.m. (CEST) on August 9, 2026, following these two online steps:

1. ALICE Portal: Log in to your Alice account, select “Segreteria” from the menu on the right, then “Collaborazione part-time retribuita”. A list of available part-time collaborations will appear. Select “Call for applications for part-time collaboration with the International Promotion Unit” and complete your application.

2. Online form: Complete and submit the form available at: https://forms.office.com/e/HvxSrYg55A (you must log in using your UNIPI email address and password).

The Selection Committee may award a maximum of **100 points**, allocated as follows:
– 30 points for the evaluation of the applicant’s academic record;
– 70 points for the motivational interview, which is intended to assess the applicant’s suitability to carry out the activities described in Article 2 of this call.

For the evaluation of the academic record, all students enrolled in the same degree programme and belonging to the same cohort will receive a score calculated on the basis of the sum of the products of the credits earned and the grades obtained in examinations taken between August 11, 2023, and August 10, 2024. A grade of 30 cum laude is counted as 31.

The scores awarded will then be normalized on a 1,000-point scale, with the highest score set equal to 1,000.


The final ranking list, approved by Rector’s Decree, will be published on the University’s website by October 9, 2026 and will remain valid until the approval of the subsequent ranking list.

Selected students will be required to sign their contract and begin their activities starting from October 28, 2026.
