The Rita Levi Montalcini Program is one of the MUR’s key initiatives designed to enable young researchers working abroad to come to Italy and be appointed by a public university to conduct their research.
Each year, specific funds from the FFO are set aside for a national call for applications that allows young researchers to submit a research proposal and provide a list of universities where they would like to carry out that project.
Currently, there are 16 young researchers who have been hosted by the University of Pisa to carry out RLM (Rita Levi Montalcini) projects.
The names of the young researchers and the departments to which they belong can be viewed in this PDF.
