The Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) has published the selection notice for the allocation of 100 scholarships for university students with international protection for the academic year 2025/2026.
The initiative, promoted by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR) in collaboration with CRUI, is part of the project of Capacity building of Italian higher education and aims to facilitate access to the Italian university system for students with international protection, while improving reception and integration conditions within academic programmes.
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
Once enrolled at their chosen university, the selected students will be eligible for a scholarship worth €7,072.10, provided by the Ministry directly to the university. The university will cover the costs of essential equipment and services, as required by Article 6, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 68/2012, also through agreements with the Right to Study agencies.

Interested students must submit their applications by 10 August 2025, by filling in the online form, and send the required documentation to CRUI at the following email address: refugees@crui.it.
The provisional ranking list will be published by 5 September 2025 on the CRUI website and will contain the names of the students selected and the assigned universities. This publication will serve as official notification for those concerned.
