The Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) has published the selection notice for the allocation of 100 scholarships for university students with international protection for the academic year 2024/2025.
The initiative, promoted by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR) in collaboration with CRUI, is part of the project of Capacity building of Italian higher education and aims to facilitate access to the Italian university system for students with international protection, while improving reception and integration conditions within academic programmes.

Participation Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must hold international protection status obtained in Italy. This includes of the following: refugee status, subsidiary protection or temporary protection granted to Ukrainian citizens.
- You must not have previously been enrolled in university courses in Italy.
Advantages of the scholarship
Interested students must submit their applications by 3 March 2025, by filling in the online form, and send the required documentation to CRUI at the following email address: atrefugees@crui.it.
The provisional ranking list will be published by 30 March 2025 on the CRUI website and will contain the names of the students selected and the assigned universities. This publication will serve as official notification for those concerned.
