Research results: access, dissemination and evaluation 2025/26

The course introduces ARPI, the institutional research repository, as a strategic tool for the valorisation and open access dissemination of the University’s scientific output, as well as a key reference point for the research evaluation procedures to which the University may be subject.

The first module introduces the principles of Open Access, outlining its regulatory and cultural framework. It also presents the main functionalities of ARPI, paying particular attention to opportunities for disseminating and increasing the visibility of research output.

The second and third modules, respectively for the SSH and STEM areas, will explore the topic of research evaluation in greater depth, also examining critical aspects and the most debated issues at national and international levels. The tools made available through ARPI to address evaluation procedures in a conscious and informed manner, both internal and ministerial, will also be presented.
