The Kristina Bronislava Przyiemska Sbranti Foundation, which was established at the University of Pisa in 1992 and recognised by Ministerial Decree in the same year, has the objective of fostering relations between cultural and scientific institutions in Italy and Poland.
The Foundation supports:
- the attendance of university students or recent graduates who are Polish citizens residing in Poland, on degree courses, Master’s degrees and other educational activities offered at the University of Pisa
- research projects and the organisation of meetings, seminars, debates and conferences on cultural topics of common interest to the two countries.
Each year, the Foundation’s Board of Directors determines the activities to be carried out and the contributions to be made.
