Reserch activity has concerned many otology and audiology fields

Personal skills and competences
Research activity has involved many otolaryngology and audiology fields, in particular otology, implantable prostheses, basic and clinical vestibular research and otolaryngology oncology, attending several conferences as panellist. Since he was a resident, he has collaborated with Human Physiology of University of Pisa, carrying out important studies on vestibular system.
In otological field he has deepened his research on implantable prostheses, cochlear implants and middle ear reconstruction. Thanks to this activity, he was called to teach courses at other ENT clinics in Italy and abroad, showing innovative surgical approaches, concerning especially cochlear implants.
