Digital Transition Table
To promote the development of digitalisation processes, the University of Pisa established the Digital Transition Table in 2023.
The Table proposes measures to enhance and optimise the use and development of digital services and tools.
The Table also has the task of preparing the medium-long term strategic plan for the digital transition of the University.
Proof of Concept
The University of Pisa contributes to the economic, social and cultural development of the country also through Proof of Concept calls, which increase the technological maturity of research-based inventions for further development in collaboration with the entrepreneurial system.
Start Attractor: Bridging Innovation and Industry
Start Attractor serves as a key connection point between companies, multinational corporations, emerging startups, national organizations, and research groups.
This initiative, promoted in collaboration with industrial partners, aims to stimulate:

Spark
The University of Pisa participates in the SPARK GLOBAL network.
Since 2019, it has funded research groups to bring innovative medications or diagnostic tools from research laboratories to practical applications in patient care.
