Affirmative Action Plan

The Affirmative Action Plan (Piano di Azioni Positive – PAP) of the University of Pisa is a three-year document drawn up by the Committee for the Guarantee of Equal Opportunities, Workers’ Well-being and Anti-discrimination to promote equal opportunities at work, as foreseen in Legislative Decree no. 198/2006. Since 2022, PAP has been included in the Integrated Activity and Organisation Plan (Piano Integrato di Attività e di Organizzazione – PIAO), a unified governance plan that aims to remove barriers to gender equality and promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
