Students who, even after successfully completing the Preparatory Year, have specific deficiencies in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry will be assigned additional educational requirements, which will be extinguished upon passing the relevant exams. Each year, the Degree Course organises educational activities to meet the additional learning requirements.

Students who enrol in the course without attending the Preparatory Year will need to take a test to verify their fundamental knowledge in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and basic geology.
