The Code of Ethics of the University of Pisa provides for the establishment of an Ethics Committee, composed of a President and six members representing the different university categories (a full professor, an associate professor, a researcher, a member of the technical-administrative staff, a student, a PhD student or a specialty trainee). In agreement with the Academic Senate, the Committee may decide on sanctions to be imposed on those responsible for breaches of the rules set out in the Code.
