Project description
PhD-AI.it is a national programme for research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence. It is part of a network of five thematic PhD programmes focused on health, agrifood, public administration, industry and society.
The AI for Society area explores complex social phenomena through AI and Data Science, integrating the social and economic sciences. Key topics include: Explainable AI, AI for Social Good, Human-Centred AI, with a strong focus on ethical values and sustainability.
Main objectives:
- To train researchers with advanced expertise in AI
- To promote mobility and interdisciplinarity
- To strengthen the Italian research network in AI
Scientific-disciplinary areas: Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Law, Economics, Physics, Business Organisation.
