What is at stake at the ongoing climate summit COP 30? Is it still possible to avoid irreversible climate tipping points? Ten years after the Paris Agreement, the world is polarized and democracies are collapsing, with figures like Trump, Putin, and Xi dominating the negotiations. How are ecology and democracy affected by the politicization of the climate? How can Deep Ecology help us understand the situation?
