She qualified as Full Professor in 2016
Her SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY is mainly focused on :polygastric animals, characterization of native breeds (Zerasca and Pomarancina sheep, Garfagnina goat and Amiata donkey, physico-chemical, health, technological, nutritional and nutraceutical milk quality. In particular, she is interested in physical-chemical properties of fat from cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat and donkey milks In this field the studies includes the morphometric characteristics of milk fat globules and composition of fat globule membranes.
She is co-autors of 220 publications.
