Professional Profile
Federico Niccolini is Associate Professor of Organizational Science at the University of Pisa. His research focuses on protected areas’ management and organization, organizational learning, vision and culture, and sustainable development. Since 2007, he is affiliated with the Department of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at Colorado State University (USA). He has held academic positions at the Universities of Macerata and Pisa, where he was also involved in doctoral education and Erasmus coordination.

He teaches Organizational Science, Human Resource Management, and Sustainable Tourism. He has supervised numerous PhD students and held roles in doctoral committees across Italy and Europe.
