European Commission projects: THINS 2010, LEADER 2010, MAXSIMA 2012, SESAME 2015, MYRTE 2015. For the safety and technology improvement of 4th generation Heavy Liquid Metal Fast Reactors.
Responsible for UNIPI DICI of the European Commission project LESTO 2024, for the safety of Lead Fast Reactors.
Experimental investigation of steam condensation at sub-atmospheric conditions for performance evaluation of ITER safety system Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System (VVPSS, 2018). Experimental characterization of dust deposition in the VVPSS.

Safety analysis of Heavy Liquid Metal Fast Reactors, study of multifluid-multiphase postulated accidental scenarios investigated with System Thermohydraulic and CFD codes.
