On the 13th of May at 13:15, Circle U. University Alliance organizes the webinar “Artificial Intelligence and Democracy: between empowerment and erosion”.
The seminar will explore the complex relationship between Artificial Intelligence and democracy, examining how AI can both empower citizens—enhancing participation, access to information, and public decision-making—and pose new risks, including disinformation, manipulation, and concentration of digital power. It will also consider AI’s potential as a force for positive global development, supporting innovation, inclusion, and sustainable development at a global scale.
