The main themes of her studies and research concern, in particular: the culture of quality in the different school orders and in the ‘0-6 age’ educational services; the pedagogy of well-being and relational systems in educational contexts; the competences of educators and teachers with reference to gender issues in educational work; the pedagogy of reading and children's literature; the definition of educational paradigms in response to new educational emergencies (the pedagogy of risk; embodiment cognition in learning processes; effective communication and the ecological approach to conflict management; humour as educational device; long-life school orienteering between cooperative learning and peer education; resilience education for the prevention of school drop-out; the valorisation of talents and the role of educating communities; issues related to gifted education).
