Evaluation Unit

The Evaluation Unit is responsible for assessing the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of administrative management, teaching and research activities, as well as of the measures to support the right to study.
In these areas, it gives its opinion on the definition of relevant criteria and indicators, the approval of which is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, after obtaining the opinion of the Academic Senate.
It has operational autonomy and reports to the Rector on its work every three months.

Its functions and prerogatives are described in art.15 of the Statute.

  • Decreto Legislativo n. 74 del 25 maggio 2017 – Modifiche al decreto legislativo 27 ottobre 2009, n. 150, in attuazione dell’articolo 17, comma 1, lettera r), della legge 7 agosto 2015, n. 124.

  • Legge n. 240 del 30 dicembre 2010 – Norme in materia di organizzazione delle università, di personale accademico e reclutamento, nonché delega al Governo per incentivare la qualità e l’efficienza del sistema universitario. (Rafforzamento del ruolo NdV. Il NdV: diventa organo responsabile della verifica qualità della formazione e della ricerca; svolge funzioni di OIV (Organismi Indipendenti di Valutazione) ai sensi del D.Lgs. 150/2009; verifica congruità del curriculum dei titolari di contratti di insegnamento (art. 23, co. 1).
