This webinar introduces intersectionality as both a social construct and a theoretical and methodological research framework. It explores how gender, race, class, disability, sexuality, and other categories intersect to shape lived experiences, data production, and knowledge claims.
Participants will reflect on how an intersectional lens can help:
• identify blind spots in research design
• reduce bias in interpretation
• responsibly navigate power relations in research contexts
