Asylum-seeking students who are at least 20 years old and wish to attend educational activities at the University of Pisa, for cultural or scientific updating purposes, can enrol in Single Courses offered within their Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree Courses, following a specific procedure.
Students:
If the chosen course belongs to a regulated-admission degree course, the reasoned request will be evaluated by the relevant academic body. In the event of a negative outcome, the stamp duty will not be refunded.
There are no deadlines for enrolling in Single Courses.
Credits obtained may be used to obtain further qualifications.
Enrolling in Single Courses is not compatible with enrolling in courses for the integration of credits required to access teacher training.
It is not possible to enrol for a number of CFUs lower than that provided by the educational offer for each activity.
The exams must be chosen from those offered by the University of Pisa in the same academic year of enrolment.
Enrolment is done online via the Alice Portal: a guide with all the operational steps is available.
Before starting the procedure, it is necessary to prepare:
If the documents or images do not meet the requirements, the enrolment cannot be completed and the student will be notified via e-mail.
For payment exemption, please send an e-mail to corsisingoli@unipi.it and cooperations@unipi.it.
After completing the enrolment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
Starting from the academic year 2025–2026, when you enroll at the University of Pisa, you will find your virtual badge on the “Agenda Didattica” portal.
This badge will include your photo and a QR code, which will serve as your official student ID at the University of Pisa.
As for access to dining services, starting from the same academic year, DSU Toscana will replace the physical meal card with a dedicated app.
From the day after your enrollment, you’ll be able to access DSU Toscana dining facilities simply by showing a valid ID and providing your student ID number at the cashier.
A new app, MyDsu, will soon be available, allowing you to access dining services by scanning a QR code directly.
You will receive a notification from DSU Toscana as soon as the app is activated.
