Verification of Self-Certifications ~ UNIPI

Companies, public bodies, providers of public services, and professional associations that need to acquire official data or verify the contents of declarations made by students or graduates of the University of Pisa, pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, may submit their request by writing to:

confermetitoli@unipi.it – for verification and checks on declarations relating to examinations and university records for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses, State Examination for Professional Qualification, or Single Courses.
Requests sent by ordinary email must meet the following requirements:
- be digitally signed or bear a protocol registration number (Article 47 of Legislative Decree No. 82 of 7 March 2005, as amended by Decree-Law No. 69 of 21 June 2013, converted by Law No. 98 of 9 August 2013);
- include a clear subject line with all necessary information to identify the data requested; in the case of verification of a self-certification or statutory declaration, the declaration must be attached;
- specify the full name and position of the signatory;
- indicate the email address (not PEC) to which the reply should be sent.
protocollo@pec.unipi.it – for requests relating to the verification of qualifications and university records for post-degree courses (PhD courses, Postgraduate courses, Specialisation Schools, and Teacher Training courses).

Response Times
Requests are normally processed within 15 days and, in any case, no later than 30 days from receipt.

NOTICE
In accordance with the principles of Legislative Decree 82/2005 and subsequent amendments (Digital Administration Code), the University will soon make available to public administrations and providers of public services direct, free online access to its students’ and graduates’ academic data through the “Esse3 PA” database, for institutional use. Details of user registration and request procedures will be published once available.
