Students are trained in meditation techniques and in the application of interventions based on contemplative practices across various contexts, through theoretical lectures and practical workshops.
The course includes a comprehensive exploration of the psychophysiological correlates of meditative practices and examines the complex concept of consciousness from an interdisciplinary perspective, with a focus on the integration between Eastern and Western science.
In practical sessions, students engage in yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness and contemplative practices. The traineeship programme allows students to acquire the necessary skills to apply protocols in various professional fields.
