The postgraduate degree course Diritto e tecnologia dell'ecosistema digitale trains professionals to critically address the legal, economic, social and technological challenges of the digital environment and its latest developments through an interdisciplinary approach.

The training programme explores the key topics related to the digital society and the digital economy, with particular emphasis on their most significant legal dimensions.

Three fundamental objectives:

  • to foster the integration of knowledge acquired from various academic backgrounds and professional experiences;
  • to develop critical thinking skills capable of addressing the digital network as a whole, rather than in isolated sectors, given the complexity of technological innovation;
  • to build specialised expertise in issues arising from the Internet and increasing digitisation, through in-depth study of the specific topics of the programme.

Career opportunities

The postgraduate degree course offers critical methodologies and tools to train professionals from different academic backgrounds, equipping them with adequate problem-solving skills for issues related to technological innovation.

In particular, the postgraduate degree course trains:

  • lawyers specialised in network law and legal-informatics consultancy;
  • legal consultants with expertise in e-commerce, digitisation of processes and artificial intelligence applications, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity, digital forensics;
  • privacy consultants, data managers and data protection officers;
  • specialised professionals qualified to work in the legal and general affairs departments of companies and organisations operating in the new technology sectors
  • professionals working in or seeking employment within public administration, or collaborating with it on matters related to digital transformation, transparency, and digitisation.

Online auditing students:
