The postgraduate degree course Traduzione specialistica Inglese > Italiano (Diritto, Economia, Informatica e localizzazione, Tecnologia, Ambiente ed energia, Bio-medicina e discipline del farmaco) is aligned with the objectives, principles and skills framework of the European Master's in Translation curriculum of the Directorate General for Translation of the European Commission.

The training programme, mainly delivered online, includes several fields of specialisation: environment and energy, biomedicine and pharmaceutical sciences, law, economics, IT and localisation, and technology.

The postgraduate degree course allows students to develop the professional awareness needed to work ethically and competently in the translation market, while acquiring a solid theoretical foundation in disciplines relevant to translation and in their chosen field of specialisation. In particular, students develop skills in the use of digital tools, documentation techniques, terminology research and glossary creation, as well as editorial skills.

Finally, the course provides essential skills for working in the field of specialised translation, with particular emphasis on translation methodology and writing proficiency in the mother tongue.
