The postgraduate degree course provides in-depth knowledge and specialised expertise in endocrinological gynaecology, beginning with an exploration of the complex relationship between the female reproductive and endocrine system.

Women experience a wide range of gynaecological-endocrinological conditions and disorders throughout the various stages of life. These include alterations in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, dysregulation of androgen levels, and conditions related to fertility and infertility, perimenopause and menopause.

These conditions often result in clinical manifestations such as menstrual irregularities, alterations in the development of secondary sexual characteristics, weight gain, acne, hirsutism, and infertility.

The postgraduate degree course includes lectures, theoretical lessons and outpatient clinical practice.

The postgraduate degree course trains professionals to work in the classification, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of pathologies related to endocrinological gynaecology.
