The postgraduate degree course in Destination Management: Sustainability, Experience and Artificial Intelligence trains professionals to address the challenges of the tourism sector, equipping student with the skills needed for effective destination management and sustainable development of the local area and its enterprises. The course is organized in collaboration with Fondazione Campus and Touring Club Italiano.

Technological innovation and digital transformation have revolutionised travel, enabling more personalised and engaging tourist experiences. At the same time, there is a growing emphasis on the local area and heritage, the experience design and sustainability, alongside the growing need for conscious management of tourism’s economic, social, and environmental impacts. 

To address these challenges, the postgraduate degree course offers an integrated pathway that combines academic training, insights from leading industry professionals, and the expertise of specialists from the Touring Club Italiano. Special attention will be given to the impact of artificial intelligence, Big Data, and new technologies on destination management and tourism promotion. 

Career opportunities

The postgraduate degree course offers advanced, interdisciplinary training to work in public and private organisations in the tourism sector, including institutions, associations, territorial governance bodies and destination development companies.

Auditing students:

2100 € 2100 € payable in 2 instalments
