The postgraduate degree course in Consumer Law enhances both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of consumer law. The training programme is divided into modules that reflect the subject areas where sector-specific regulations differ notably from general substantive and procedural law.
The diversity of topics covered is balanced by a unified methodological approach, which emphasizes—through a learning-by-doing model—how and when subject-specific regulations evolve under the influence of consumer law.
Classroom teaching activities are complemented by exercises, simulations and laboratory activities designed to foster active student engagement and participation.
