The postgraduate degree course trains professionals to work according to the Building Information Modeling method. BIM is an information modeling system based on three-dimensional object-oriented elements that combines model and process in the design-construction-management of an intervention, whether new or existing.
The course allows for adequate learning and comprehensive content, enabling students to navigate the current Italian landscape, where technical needs and commercial interests coexist with established procedures and spontaneous initiatives, legal obligations and voluntary regulations, genuine expertise and self-proclaimed competencies.
The training of these new professionals has become a priority following the directives issued by the European Parliament on public procurement, which identify BIM as a strategic resource in the design, construction and management activities in the sector of public interventions.
The postgraduate degree programme includes lectures, practical training on the most common software resources, criteria and methods for drafting and participating in BIM tenders, practical exercises and traineeship activities, as well as meetings with various stakeholders in the construction industry: professional firms, companies, public administrations, institutions, and manufacturers.
Career opportunities
The postgraduate degree course trains professionals to work as BIM specialists, Coordinators, Managers and CDE Managers in a thorough and structured manner, with an adequate number of hours and the possibility of a traineeship period at companies where participants already work, or wish to work, or at affiliated partners of the postgraduate degree course.
In recent years, there have been many career opportunities in design studios, construction companies, building product and technology companies, public administrations and, more generally, in all organisations within the construction industry.

Online auditing students:
