Call for Applications for a Part-Time Collaboration at the International Promotion Unit, Second Session, Academic Year 2025/2026

For the academic year 2025/2026, the call for applications – second session – is open for no. 5 part-time collaborations for non-EU students and native speakers in one of the following languages:

The collaboration has a duration of 200 hours and involves carrying out international communication and promotion activities in the mother tongue, as well as assistance and support activities for international students within the projects managed by the International Promotion Unit.

It is mandatory to have at least a B2 level in English to be eligible for the selection.

To take part in the selection, you must submit your application by 23:59 on 20 February 2026 exclusively online, through these two steps.

  1. PORTALE ALICE: log in to your Alice account, from the menu on the right select “Segreteria” and then “Collaborazione part-time retribuita”. A list of available collaborations will appear – select “Bando per la collaborazione part-time presso l’Unità Promozione Internazionale” and complete the application.
  2. FORM: fill in and submit the form at the link: https://forms.office.com/e/72r7x7TDAW (to access, you must use the email and password of your official UNIPI account)

The list of those admitted to the interviews, the procedures and dates for their conduct will be published by 6 March 2025.

Candidates not included in the list do not meet the requirements set out in the call for applications or have submitted incomplete documentation compared to that required.

The committee has 100 points, divided as follows:

30 points for evaluation of the academic records and 70 points for the interview, aimed at verifying the skills for carrying out the activities indicated in art. 2 of this notice.

For the evaluation of the academic record, all students enrolled in the same course and belonging to the same cohort are assigned a score calculated on the basis of the sum of the product of the credits by the grades obtained in exams in the period 11 August 2024 – 10 August 2025. A grade of 30 cum laude is worth 31.

The scores assigned will be re-scaled to thousandths, setting the highest score equal to one thousand.

The final ranking list will be published by 8 May 2026.

The selected students will be required to sign the contract and begin the activity starting from 18 May 2026.
