Good Practice Project

The Good Practice (GP) project, launched by Politecnico di Milano in 1999, is a collaborative benchmarking initiative aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services. It involves over 60 Italian universities.

Traditional analysis involves comparing administrative and support services based on efficiency and effectiveness.

Each edition includes in-depth studies dedicated to specific topics through experimental laboratories, the outcomes of which are collected in the overall annual report.
The University of Pisa participated in the following laboratories:
2025 – Three-Year Plan for Digital Transformation
2025 – Analytical Accounting for Research

The University of Pisa formally joined the project for the first time in 2025 after attending meetings as an observer in 2024. This initiated a process of comparison and improvement based on the internal analysis of results and comparison with national benchmarks.
