The Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) enables students, academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions to undertake:
The Swiss National Agency funds the costs of participants in these mobility projects.
All those interested in a mobility period at a Swiss university are invited to consult both the official SEMP website and the website of the Swiss host university to which they wish to apply.
It is the candidate’s responsibility to check deadlines and application procedures, and to submit all required documentation to the host university, including any language certificates. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the programme.
Applications may only be submitted for a Swiss partner university of the University of Pisa, and the eligibility requirements are defined by the individual agreements established at departmental level, according to the criteria agreed with the host universities.
Selection for mobility only grants Erasmus+ student status and does not guarantee funding. The scholarship is subject to acceptance by the Swiss university and its decision to award the mobility scholarship.
For student mobility, at the end of the period abroad, full recognition of the successfully completed and previously approved activities in the Learning Agreement is guaranteed, in accordance with the University’s guidelines on the registration of credits earned abroad.
