The service is completely free and is designed to help students overcome the difficulties associated with the transition from school to university. In fact, joining the University is a crucial step towards achieving their autonomy.
The service also intends to coordinate initiatives aimed at preventing psychological distress, particularly for students in their first two years.

To book your first meeting you are required to:
The system allows you to book up to a maximum of 15 days in advance; if it is not possible to book a meeting within this period, it means that the available dates are already taken.
At the end of the first meeting, you will decide how to proceed (individual or group programme). Any subsequent meetings will be arranged directly with the operators.
To attend the seminars, you must register online at the Orientation and Student Support Events portal under the Seminars heading of the Listening Service.
Interviews are currently being conducted via Skype. Students who have booked their first appointment through the virtual calendar will be contacted by the psychologist, who will provide them with the necessary information on how to attend the meeting. An e-mail will be sent to your personal address registered in the Alice portal (not your institutional address).
