The University of Pisa devotes part of its resources to support student activities to promote sociality, cohesion and the dissemination of culture.
The University funds various activities, such as festivals, concerts, theatrical performances, social initiatives, and trips, through calls for proposals for student associations and committees.

Every year, two notices are issued through which the University supports the proposals of the student community by allocating funds to:

Assistance and counselling services for students

To facilitate participation, the University of Pisa has activated an e-mail support service: associazionistudentesche@unipi.it

At the same address it is also possible to obtain assistance with the opening and closing of associations, as well as tax and accounting assistance from Studio Pacini & Associati.
