The postgraduate degree course Management delle Aziende Sanitarie provides solid professional knowledge in the main disciplines related to the strategic governance and management of healthcare companies — such as planning, control, organisation, marketing — in accordance with the new socio-economic and healthcare scenarios.

The programme aims to integrate knowledge from social, technical and scientific fields within a business and economic framework and to develop interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

The postgraduate degree course allows students to address complex issues by applying the skills acquired in real-word professional settings, through a programme enriched with case study discussions, exercises and simulations.

The course provides insights into the functioning of the National and Regional Health Systems from a comparative perspective, helping students understand the specific features and ongoing changes of the system by analysing models and dynamics of organisational and management functioning within healthcare contexts.
