Every year the University of Pisa awards funds to support cultural and social activities proposed by students. The funds are allocated through the annual publication of a public notice addressed to student associations and committees.
Consult the Notice on the allocation of funds for 2024 student activities
You need to apply between Friday, 1 December 2023 and Monday, 15 January 2024.
The president of the association or committee must complete the application for the award of funds online, using their personal credentials required to access the Alice portal.
For each activity for which funding is requested, you must enter the detailed programme and the amount of funding requested.
It is important to read and comply with the provisions of the Regulation.
Offer your support from Wednesday, 17 January 2024 to Monday, 12 February 2024.
All proposals submitted by student associations and committees must be approved by at least 25 university students to be eligible for funding. For live music concerts the minimum number of students required to be eligible for funding is 75.
Students of the University of Pisa (enrolled in degree courses, PhD courses or specialisation courses) can join only one initiative by accessing the website http://attivitastudentesche.adm.unipi.it with their personal credentials of the Alice portal.
