Open-admission Master’s degree courses ~ UNIPI

If you already hold a degree and wish to enrol at the University of Pisa in an open-admission Master’s degree course, you must follow the standard enrolment procedure.

Deadlines

For the academic year 2025/2026, the enrolment period runs from 24 July to 31 December 2025.

Credit recognition

After enrolment, you will need to submit a request for recognition of previous qualifications.
The Board of the Degree Course decides on the validation of exams taken at your previous institution. The decision must be expressly accepted, and you may request a review within 30 days of acceptance. If you do not accept the decision, your enrolment will be cancelled and the rules on withdrawal from studies will apply.

IMPORTANT: in the year of enrolment, the reduction is always calculated on the basis of financial circumstances, not academic merit.
