This postgraduate degree course provides the theoretical tools for the management of a complex radiodiagnostics unit and imaging department, with a focus on the following topics:
- Organisation of human resources: workloads, time management
- Waiting list management
- Equipment management and security: X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging
- Information systems management: RIS PACS
- Artificial intelligence systems
- Risk management/prevention
- Doctor-patient communication in diagnostic imaging
- Organisation of an interventional radiology service
- Organisation of an emergency radiology service
