The postgraduate degree course Giurista dell'impresa e manager pubblico trains professionals to work as corporate jurists, i.e. professional figures that combine the roles of lawyer and manager. These professionals provide legal assistance in all areas of law involving business operations, both from a corporate-contractual, fiscal, and financial perspective, and from an international contractual standpoint.
The training programme provides a solid technical-legal competence and deepens the understanding of public and private economic activity, training managerial figures who can also be employed in public administration.
By examining various business cases, the course offers participants the opportunity to interact with industry experts. It also provides, through practical exercises, the tools necessary to develop the skills and abilities that allow these individuals to fully integrate into the company or organisation in which they operate, or will have to operate.
The course involves the participation of numerous lecturers from the business and professional world. To carry out the traineeship activities, the postgraduate degree course has more than 100 accredited partners available.

Auditors:
Tuition fee reductions are available for 6 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
