The postgraduate degree course in Cybersecurity trains experts in cybersecurity, capable of:
- identifying the main threats to the security of networked computer systems at both the infrastructure and application levels
- designing and implementing appropriate countermeasures.
The training programme provides the methodologies, knowledge, and technologies necessary to design and implement effective countermeasures against cybersecurity threats.
The postgraduate degree course is delivered online and includes, in addition to traditional lectures and exercises, three laboratory modules focused on the practical development of security solutions, as well as a traineeship period.
The postgraduate degree course offers unemployed students the opportunity to find employment through traineeships with companies affiliated with the department, operating in the field of cybersecurity.
It also allows employed students to acquire new knowledge and skills to support their professional growth.
Career opportunities
There are various employment opportunities for these professionals, including roles in public and private companies, public administration, and self-employment.
In particular, the postgraduate degree course trains:
- experts in the analysis of applications and computer systems security
- experts in the design and implementation of secure computer applications and systems
- experts in cyber attack analysis
- technical consultants for one party (CTP) and for the court (CTU).

Regular students:
3200 € payable in 3 instalments
- 1280 € no later than 24 January 2025
- 1344 € no later than 15 April 2025
- 576 € no later than 15 June 2025
Auditors: 1600 € in a single installment
Tuition fee reductions are available for 10 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
