The postgraduate degree course Le nuove sfide delle Amministrazioni locali: appalti, benessere organizzativo, contabilità, digitalizzazione analyses the subjects, bodies, functions and services of local authorities within a constantly changing regulatory context, which must address new needs with limited resources.
By examining the main challenges faced by local authorities, the course encourages reflection on their relationships with institutional frameworks, attributions, and related skills.
The postgraduate degree course programme includes an initial in-depth analysis of the local government system, with the aim of reflecting on the concept of autonomy of the institutions closest to citizens, their organisational structure, the services they provide and, more broadly, the so-called public value.
In this framework, students will delve into the new challenges that local authorities are facing, with particular attention to new rules and paradigms of public contracting, public accounting, digitalisation, privacy and organisational well-being.

Tuition fee reductions are available for 2 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
